There's going to be an open gym all day from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM. If you've been wanting to come check it out, this would be the perfect time to get your buddies together and workout for FREE!

Every year about this time we do a huge BBQ for family and friends. We decided this year to bring it over to the gym and offer it to our Lifting LAB family. The food should be ready around noon.

(It will be a first come first serve so plan to be there around that time if you really want some food.)
